Has anyone had this happen with their baby?

My son is 3 months old and does not stay asleep. He wakes really uncomfortable after only sleeping around 1-60 Min's. I have been told by some doctors its wind but nothing seems to work that I try for it. I have also been told by doctors its silent reflux, but no medication works for that either. He is fully feed and is thriving on it (he is 91% for his age) so it is not hunger. Hes also not settled when I place him down either. Im off to the pediatrician when they get hold of me, but was wondering if anyone has or knows of anything that could be causing it? Im so hoping it gets sorted soon as I have hardly sleep ed for 3 months and have a 141/2 month old to look after as well
