I feel really weak and sore What could it be.?

I started feeling really weak and tired on Sunday. On Monday I went to the doctor. I had a temp of 102, sore throat cough vomiting(from so much drainage) and chest pain.. The last couple days I've gone from weak and tired to weak and sore. I can barely lift my two year old daughter. My hands feel half numb. I went to the store today and couldn't even lift a jug of water into the cart. I can't walk down the stairs, sit down or stand up without a struggle. What could be going on.. just the flu, swine flu, pneumonia or maybe mold poisoning. We have a mold problem in our house. Any suggestions.
