you got dealt a bad hand. so sorry, sometimes parents become lost and then selfish. you cannot change your father but you must take care of your brother. even if it means calling social services. be brave in making your choices and keep a good head and good people around you. the past is to be learned from, and the future is determined by your decisions and your past does not have an opinion on the future.
