Why do I become so extremely ticklish when I ?

For some reason immediately after I my whole body suddenly becomes extremely ticklish and I can barely stand to be kissed or touched almost anywhere for about the next 10-15 minutes because it tickles so much! It's most unbearable around my crotch, waist, chest and thighs. Why is this? What can I do about it?
