Why do I think he likes me so much when we're "just friends"? u can skim this if u want please answer help!!!?

I'd think he is scared. He liked you before and you shot him down. I am betting he wasn't sure what to think when you decided you liked him. I think you should keep letting you know you like him. Not in obvious ways. Be subtle about it but make sure he knows. Try to do things together just you and him.
