Could someone give me any idea's for a romantic poem that could make my boyfriend cry?

It valentines day soon, and it will be my first on with my boyfriend, now he is a soppy person and i really wanna put a poem in the card that will make him cry, now i do write poems but mine are more dark and morbid not lovey dovey and romantic, could anyone give me some ideas or send me a link? thanks x
