I have the same problem but you are meant to pull the foreskin back every time you pee clearly your mum couldn't teach you that but it is what you pick up when you go to the toilet in bars. So i hope this helps but try and pull foreskin back it could be that the foreskin covers the end this is no problem just pull foreskin back. hope this helps.
