Ovulation question?

Ok tuesday i started to notice that i was getting ovulation cm lst night there was more and more today. I had monday, thursday and today. i have been off and on crampy and werid twinges down there that i get at the time in my cycle. But i was just wondering if cramping after while ovulating is normal. i have some just dull cramping down there and i have had it since we got done. my next period isnt due till the 10th of august. so i was just wondering if this is a good thing that the timing was right and this is just part of it or should i be conserened
