Blood clots?

I have blood clots during my period, extreme pain during cramps. so much pain that I think I am developping an immunity to ibuprofen. I checked online and it says that I should see my doctor about this. I tried to make an appointment but she is not available for a month! What should I do? the pain is getting worse and worse. I have had these symptoms during my period for almost 9 years, when I started when I was 13. It is started to get worse and I just want to know what is wrong with me. Thanks.
