Weird friend issues... help?

I have a girlfriend who I love dearly, but she is just soooo nu! She over yzes everything to death and is always breaking down crying over her exes and current guys she's dating, weight, etc. I love the chick, shes always super supportive when I have issues going on, but her meltdowns are getting to be annoying. We're both 25 years old, so its not like we're little kids. I've tried ignoring her reactions, tried encouraging her to get counseling or go on an antidepressant but she won't. I don't know how else to help her. I'm starting to dread her phone calls. Help!
