ASVAB Question--Mechanical Comprehension Subtest?

While I studied a soft science (politics) in college, I have a firm grasp on concepts like simple machines, force/work/power/efficiency, and mechanical advantage. However, I have no idea how an engine works nor do I have any understanding of electronics/electrical theory. Should I be concerned about this section?
