Can I change my shipping address for a third party purchase made via amazon?

I recently ordered a Philips bodygroom from amazon. However, I mistakenly put my parents address as the delivery address by mistake. I meant to put my own address down. I've phoned amazon's helpline. They said that the order has not been dispatched and that I should contact the company directly. I did that and have not yet recieved a reply. All of this happened between yesterday evening and today.
