I know I asked this a few days ago but maybe I can get some more opinions....?

So I am roughly 8 weeks pregnant( this sun.) and I have been vomiting all day everyday. I cant keep anything down. Every once in a while theres something small like a sip of water I can keep down but absolutely no food. Theres blood in my throw up( a little bit ago there was what looked like a little ball of it) and the medicine, its called Promethazine, only makes it worse. I mean Ive been shaking hysterically since I woke up and I just wanna know if I go to the emergency room, is this a good enough reason. Theres nobody here right now and I dont drive and I wouldnt be able to go untill after 2. But Im just scared if I go they are going to say something or not serve me Im not vomiting like crazy right then and there.
