I need to substitute some swearwords?

My book needs profanity. There are a lot of times where characters are in the situation where saying "sh*t" is inevitable. However, my parents would have my face on a plate for using those, so I need to swap the following words out: sh*t, f*ck, bollocks. Thanks, guys and girls.
