Suspicious subject running through backyard?

Hi, Well just a few minutes ago I was going on about my nightly routine of gilmore girls and strawberry smoothies when out of nowhere a suspicious subject about 6"2 african american ran through my backyard and jumped my fence. I made a run for the phone and called the cops but by the time they got here no one was there. 10 mins later I see a shadow outside my window moving its hands in a masturbating motion.
