Uhhh awkward prom...?

My senior prom is tonight, and everything seemed to be fine until a few days ago. First off, my friends and I aren't really the type to go to prom to begin with, but we figured we'd never get this chance again, so we might as well go. But, of course, there are problems. I was planning on going with my boyfriend, two best friends and their dates. One of my best friends is in a fight with her boyfriend, although they're still going to go with us. The other may or may not have a date; she's very indecisive yet stubborn...complicated matters. My boyfriend and I have no problems between us, although he still doesn't have anything to wear and works today until 7....Please help! How can I help make this all work out?
