How can I be sure I am normal?

I have a hard time understanding anything about myself, and my thoughts, feelings and emotions. I lack motivation for anything; such as my degree, friendships... I do find it hard to emphasise with others, though I understand the logic of what others may be thinking/feeling, the emotional empathy isn't there. I am rather intelligent and articulate, not to blow my own trumpet, I know how to control and manipulate people and situations to my advantage and also hone this skill with a little NLP. I have physically fought with people all my life, provoked and unprovoked, and used to have a truly sadistic and evil temper when I was a child, which is now controlled. I feel little remorse for the people I've hurt, I could sure say I'm sorry and pretend like I mean it, but in truth words are nothing to me but tools. Everything I'm writing here is probably just scripted in a way that will make people answer the question the way I want/expect them to... I really don't wanna see a shrink about it cos if they diagnose me with something, that's my life f****d, medical examination for every job I will ever have, thanks but no thanks. Ok tuesday i started to notice that i was getting ovulation cm lst night there was more and more today. I had monday, thursday and today. i have been off and on crampy and werid twinges down there that i get at the time in my cycle. Why do i lose RPMS in overdrive?

I have a 1993 Chevrolet K1500 350 with a 5 speed manual transmission. When ever i shift from 4th to overdrive i lose all my rpms and truck starst jerking forward. I shift when im between 3000 and 4000 rpms and it still loses power. Any ideas why its doint this. I was told i have 3:10 gears in my transmission because i can go 55 in third and only be at about 2500 rpms. I have no catalytic converter on my truck either.

There's this girl at school, and I've gone to school with her since middle school. How do I get my confidence back?

i used to be really confident and outgoing but since I had my son 2 years ago and subsequently split up with his father 18 months ago, I have lost all confidence when it comes to dating and men. Opinions On Colorado?

Colorado is fantastic...all of Colorado. I Iived there for 30 years. People who live there love it. People who move away almost always return. Whether you like a small town, suburb or big city, you will love it. There is so much to see and do, you can vacation in your own state year after year and never see all of it. there are views in Colorado that simply take your breath away. As to boulder...it is cute...but very expensive. I would prefer to life in a Denver suburb or nearby town rather than Boulder. Also, consider colorado springs...a truly beautiful city. Easy to get there whenever you want to visit. if expense is not a problem...then ok. There is nothing I dislike about Colorado...even the occasional blizzard and getting up at 4 A.M.to dig my car out...Colorado is worth it. Most people there are intelligent, well-educated, happy, hard-working. there are excellent schools and colleges, great museums and public places, more beauty than you can absorb.

Adult and married step children what would you do?

My husband and I have been married for 15 years. All grandchildren have been born after our marriage and know us as grandparents. I have 4 biological children that love and respect my husband and is allowed access to the 7 of them from day 1. They spend time with us because we are good to them and love them and my children trust us to protect them with the best of care. My step son and step daughter in law home school their 3 children ages 12, 9, and 5. The step daughter in law does not allow us any alone time with these 3 children because she does not want her children to ociate with my grandchildren because they are in public schools. The daughter in law tells us what we can and cannot buy for her children for christmas and birthdays and once informed us that if we purchase to much for her children they will not spend another Christmas with us ever again. This daughter in law is very rude and hurtful and expects us to visit quite often and it is a 110 mile round trip to do so or else we will be cut off from them. My husband works 7 days a week and preparing for retirement in a couple of years. All holidays are separate from my children although everyone of them have welcomed her and are kind to her. She allows the children to call their grandfather pa and I am called by my first name. Their real grandmother lives 1,000 miles away and does not visit them in person very often. The daughter in law is not happy with the real grandmother and does not have much to do with her and she is always bickering with her own mom and step dad. The step son over the years has become as bad as she is and my husband bends over backwards to please them and never stands up to them when they are disrespectful toward me. My husband and I have never had any issuess with each other in our marriage unless it had to do with his kids. Anyone have any advice because I am wearing out here?

Hebrew is a verb based language, whereas English is noun based. They are in substantially different format, so translation is problematic at best. Many of the small words are not specifically 'in' the text, but are an attempt to render the meaning into the second language. There doesn't seem to be a Hebrew word behind the 'now' (which is not in the KJV,, nor is there a similar conjunction in the KJV-- which is the version my concordance is based on.) The 'over' in the KJV is 'upon' and it does not reference a specific Hebrew word as it's base.

My son is 3 months old and does not stay asleep. He wakes really uncomfortable after only sleeping around 1-60 Min's. I have been told by some doctors its wind but nothing seems to work that I try for it. I have also been told by doctors its silent reflux, but no medication works for that either. He is fully feed and is thriving on it (he is 91% for his age) so it is not hunger. Hes also not settled when I place him down either. A year from now, when I graduate from college, I'll be losing my parent's health insurance, which means that I'll start having to pay out of pocket for my birth control (currently NuvaRing). I will be 18. My serious boyfriend and I do not want children, and he is actually pushing for a vasectomy as soon as he turns 21, which is in just a few months. It's a natural occurance, and I don't think that there is any way to change it. A lot of koi tend to change colors as the age. And koi can get very large, some of ours are almost 14 inches. Maybe more. And it IS NATURAL for a koi to lose it's scales and change color. There is nothing wrong with it. It just depends on how they were bred, and what color they are.

The problem is that the 20% of the population that smokes uses about 80% of the money spent on healthcare. Healthcare is expensive and since smokers are generally poor, they will usually end up tapping public resources like Medicaid to pay for their poor life decisions. Medicaid is funded by taxpayers, so even though you think your decision to smoke only affects you it ends up affecting a lot of people. I don't care if you want to smoke, honestly, but I do care if smokers use my tax dollars to pay for their medical treatments since smoking is a choice.

But lets just say I was shoot a picture with both lenses at an apeture of 4.0 - would the photo shot with the lens with the shorter focal length be brighter than the one shot with the lens with the longer focal length ? Does this long focal length affect the amount of light reaching the censor and thefore result in darker photos ? Should I purchase a shorter zoom lens or prime lens ?

How do I learn to accept my dad choosing his new wife over his 4 kids?

When I was 5, my parents divorced. Myself, and my siblings would go over every other weekend. My dad had a girlfriend whom he recently a couple of years ago married. I didn't really think she was a bad person...at first. She began picking off my siblings one by one. First it was my older brother. He stopped going to see my dad. Then my sister. She stopped going to see my dad. Then it was only my twin brother and I going over to visit every other weekend until we got to be old enough where we could just go over whenever we wanted. My twin then stopped seeing my dad and now I no longer talk to my dad. It kills me every day. My heart is seriously broken. I feel that his wife has come between him and his kids and it's almost like he never had any kids. I just recently had a son 3 years ago and his wife made a big deal right when my son was born that i didn't have her picture with my son on myspace. Big deal!!! Her picture was in my house. I would think that a real pic in my house versus a pic on the internet would mean more. Nope. She made a big deal about it and made my dad get really angry with me. She couldn't just come talk to me about it. She put my dad in the middle and involved him and I have really negative energy towards her for that. Well my dads wife's son pes away last year and I sent a sympathy card not only saying how sorry I was for her loss but also that I was sorry she felt hurt by my words. I feel really weak and sore What could it be.?

I started feeling really weak and tired on Sunday. On Monday I went to the doctor. I had a temp of 102, sore throat cough vomiting(from so much drainage) and chest pain.. me. Iam now 51 twenty years ago the a sick jealous and probably latent or just aggressive policeman, entered a charge of gross indecency with a child unlawfully onto my list of previous convictions. Since this time I have been continually victimised in various countries recieving wrongful jailing, adverse treatment from /man haters in positions of power wherebye I have been refused entry into hostelsshelters. Have had information either witheld from me or been missinformed.Been targetted by ual aggressive men and of course the woman. Every time I turn around I have some woman who has problems with men, putting their children around me. This in the half attempt to entrapp me, exspecting me to make some ual advances toward the kid; therefore psychologically re_enforcing their own belief that I want to have some sort of ual liasons with children. This a bi_product of the suggestion placed in their minds by the acts of police and lessor charges that have been ped against me. Now I have had no money for a number of months. I eat from dumpsters I am out on the street and followed everywhere I go. I have the ground that I walk on poisened before i arrive. I cannot get a job and the Thee great jobs that I did get accepted for were stopped on production of my C.V. I am unable to get into any system in any country that I visit due to no address and the authorities, social or otherwise, keep me in this state of Limbo. Therefore I am unable to get a solicitor to act for me. Unable to afford one or get legal aid. All letters ignored due to no address and my E Mails community blmocked. Is that persecution or what? So I am asking you. Who will help me to get some of this up beofre a Crown Court judge and let him decide on the question of have I been wronged victimised and entitled to be compensated or not. Now I am off to The social/pschology dept to continue? For those interested, I have been attempting through Qs and As to communicate on the American and english site. This first about nine months ago.

Could lack of interest in reading be a reason I don't do so well in High School?

Could the fact that I don't find reading interesting be screwing me over? Because last year (cles being 1 credit per course per semester) I lost 3 out of 12 credits- 2 being in World Lit and 1 being in American Government [[where we used a text book a lot]]. We had to read MacBeth, Lord Of The Flies, Frankenstein and a lot of poems and stuff and the only thing I remember grabbing my attention was Lord Of The Flies. I also remember last year I would try avoiding the text books as much as possible because I would try to listen more rather than read. How do i tell my husband that i need some space without him freaking out?

i'm used to having some alone time to read, do hobbies, daydream, whatever. but i haven't had ANY since my husband moved in (just before we got married). Drywall question. Some screws won't deep enough.?

I'm a scorpio, I've been friends with two libras and I cant stand either one of them. I even quit a job because one of them worked there and i got tired of seeing and having to talk to him everyday. I don't know about any specific laws, but people do have to use a reasonable degree of common-sense when performing their duties at work. If a "reasonable person" would not do what the server did (and I would argue that they wouldn't), then that server (through the restaurant) has breached their legal duty. Given the amount of damage this incident caused (i.e. it wasn't just a few scratches), I doubt you'd have trouble finding an injury lawyer who would take your case on a contingency basis (you don't pay unless you win), if it's legal in your state. In either case, I'd argue that you have a relatively strong case against this restaurant and any good lawyer will at least offer you a free consultation which I'd definitely do.

Help! I have the worst pelvic pain ever!?

So for the last few months i've been getting severe pelvic pain. I can pinpoint the exact location to both ovaries. The pain comes and goes at different time of the month, particularly a week before my period and during my period. My periods have never been regular and i have always suffered with fatigue and pain with them. I've seen my doctor a few times about this and he thinks i may have endometriosis. I've had an external and internal ultrasound scan which came back normal. My doctor has referred me to a gynaecologist, i have my appointment in January. In the meantime he has started me on oral contraceptives, cilest. 3 days ago i started my first 7 day break of the pill. I've had pain as usual in the last few days but last night the pain was at it's worst it's ever been. It was so bad i didn't know what to do with myself, even considered going to the hospital! Although under control with strong pain killers, the pain is still severe today. My doctor said the pill would help but it's made it so much worse! What can i do? Is this normal or should i stop with the pill?

I am trying to stick with pearls and ivory lace for the actual wedding. I have some old fashioned lanterns that I will use for centerpieces. The groomsmen will have on tuxedos with a cut away style coat, but as far as my bridesmaids dresses go, I am finding it difficult to figure out how to reflect a 1930's with them (without putting them in something that they may find hideous). Another road block is my invitations. I cant seem to find an invitation that is vintage enough, and I want to send out save the date magnets that have the same vintage theme/look. So I am roughly 8 weeks pregnant( this sun.) and I have been vomiting all day everyday. I cant keep anything down. Every once in a while theres something small like a sip of water I can keep down but absolutely no food.
